1- Vlad: Perfect! I think you are absolutely the best upper freestyler nowadays, you created your own game and style and this is so difficult. Style, control and originality is flawless, your ideas are so cool and the execution is perfect. Some combos are no human I liked specially 3 of those… 2:03 ‘atm to lips stall variation’, 2:08 ‘lips to throat stall atm’ and 2nd last combo ‘true shoulder to side top head stall’, those moves are too hardcore… I think you could train and explore the 2rev area and add your ideas… would be so cool.
So for me you are the WINNER for 2nd time in a row of the WPUC… CONGRATULATIONS ALIEN!

Cess: I think this is one of your best videos bro, you mixed 2revs and your combos very good. I liked 0:53 and 1:59 Latm varitions specially the second mixing ‘latm to nape stall – atm orbit’ that was executed incredible, flow and speed is amazing as always, your style is very good and as I said before I can see an improvement but I think you could do it better improving the height in your bounces of some body tricks when you add a lot of speed, and try to improve your control in your legs keeping the initial position of your combo, those are your little mistakes.
So you did a great job but Vlad just kill it, feel proud of this achievement, well deserved 2nd place of the WPUC12! CONGRATULATIONS BRO! WELL DONE!

Cess4 : Master of Shoulders! And for me the vest in mixing chest moves with shoulders, clean chest moves as usual.. Excellent speed in combos, those combos looks easy for you but they are very difficult.. Specially mixing those tricks with speed.. Last clip was very hard too.. After watching this video and your previous videos makes me feel that some combos were repetitive with a few changes ( for example make clips with 80% different combos and not like other combos) I prefer vlad’s video, Vlad has more variety and original moves, Cess has more Speed and both of them did difficult combos but i choosed Vlad3kff video ( better variety and originality) Congratulations to both of you!

Для начала скажу, что меня просто поразили столлы: лип атм на горло, тик ролл с разворотом, топ поворот на 180 без смены положения ног, атмка на боковой топ. Нереальный уровень. Страшно представить сколько времени ты потратил, чтобы снять такие чистые попытки) Также крутой контроль на затылкороллах со сменой направлений показан, для меня выглядит интересно и ново.
В первом комбо очень элегантный разворот первый, где сначала 360 сильной, а потом слабой. Но не очень люблю, как ты делаешь второй (разворот на сильном чест столле – 360), думаю, будет идеально, если начинать катить мяч по груди в самой последней части разворота без паузы. У тебя есть небольшая пауза после полного разворота, а потом катишь. На 2:42 так же. В некоторых предыдущих видео тоже так, насколько я помню.
Штука на 1:27 зашла, после фуада зацепить сатм движение – не самая простая тема. На 1:33, как я понял, ты хотел на затылок. Было бы тоже зачетно, просто на нек не очень сложное комбо получилось. Но выйти на разворот после фейк чест фуада – отличная задумка. Так же как и сатм движение после такого же начала на 2:13. Очень понравилось на 2:45 идея.
Тема со стеной прикольная, оригинально. По моему опыту – не очень сложная, я делал с подбива чемовека. Хотелось бы еще увидеть подобных тем в дальнейшем.
В целом, топовый уровень, бешеное разнообразие, лучшие столлы. Комбо гармонично построены и также отдельно выделенные трюки есть сложные: разворот с ролла на затылок, мендоза фуадом, атмка на губы с разворотом. Лично мне больше всего запомнился лип атм на горло. Это видео – шаг вперед и для тебя и для комьюнити. Победа твоя.

The second and the third combos are just unreal. They seem unstructured but also they are very hard and fully controlled. This is your unique type of combos. Respect.
2revs are not good enough for me. I think you should work more on trajectory of your head moving around the ball. It looks a little bit cutting and dirty in this video. Anyway you have good amplitude on these tricks and you have a great potential to make 2revs look more accurate and clean. When you do latm and similar to it moves, you start it with your neck touching the ball and also you end these moves with big turning sometimes. If you correct these defects, your 2revs will be better. Work on clean, low and as fast as possible atm and chemovek (atm to shoulder bounce) moves without turning at all, and you will see improvement.
The throat stalls weren’t held enough, true nose stall could be more stylish (you walk too much and it seems as it’s hard to control it standing still for you). The last move is beautiful, execution is very calm and stylish. I enjoyed it a lot.
I really enjoyed your true shoulder stalls, chest tricks, shoulder bounces and arm moves. Generally you showed a nice level. Add to your style more variety (atm to side, side atms, faces, different rolls, shoulder tricks, 360 turnings and so on) you have a lot to work on to beat Vlad on variety 🙂
Vlad is the winner this time for me. Keep pushing your style and improving your overall upper level.

Disclaimer:

I was the judge who questioned the acceleration issue in Cess4 video. After watching Cess4 video for about 10 times, I concluded that there is NO strong evidences regarding the possibility of clips acceleration. I adhere to the rule of the principle of innocence, so I will judge without any attachment to my concern.

The funniest thing for me was in the Cess4 messages “I don’t know what that judge has against me” and “If you don’t like my video, put it in the position you want”. Well, I don’t have anything against you, pal. I am the judge and I have to check everything, especially if something can go against the rules of the tournament. Moreover, I think that if someone accelerate the video against you, you will be the first one to be interested in most equitable decision. You have not the most amplitude style and kinda sharpy control, so be ready that conscientious judge may want to recheck the possibility of acceleration, and you’d better save the original clips to prove your speed.

Decision criteria:

My decision is quite simple, but it is not so simple to describe it. Firstly, I will explain what criteria I used in order to make my decision. I did not take in count such criteria, as “style”, “video editing” or “video atmosphere”. The only three criteria I looked at were “complexity”, “control\clearness” and “variety\intelligence”. Thus, the whole video is judged as the representation of these criteria.

Complexity:

If to judge only complexity, Cess4 will win this battle. You can try to give a certain number of points to every trick, and calculate the complexity of the combination as a sum of this points. And then you can sum up all combinations in both videos and compare the total numbers. I did not do that, but I am pretty sure, that Cess4 will have more points in such system.

Control\clearness:

Epic fail has better control and tricks clearness. He has greater tricks amplitude and almost no additional body movement to control the ball. This implies that Epic fail has practiced those exact combinations to achieve such calmness. Cess4 has many additional body micro-movement, which show that the combination is more improvised. Moreover, Cess4 has a lot of poor-amplitude or unclear tricks.

Variety\intelligence:

The pure variety is hard to judge, since both the competitors use different combination logic. I would be ok saying that it is a tie regarding the variety. However, Epic fail has huge odds if talking about combination intelligence. While most of Cess4 combinations looks like the more-less improvisation with kinda a thought, every combination in Epic fail video is polished with very intelligent logic. If to say in other words, you can try to express the combination in a couple of words. Can you do that for some of Cess4 combinations (for example, starting from 0:59 or 2:03)? And can you do that for Epic fail combinations (for example, starting from 2:20)? This is about long combinations, but this also works for the short ones. In Cess4 video, short combinations does not seem to have a finish point, which also breaks the logic.

Your level is impressive and control on shoulder stuff is incredible. What I really like about your video is that you tried to add more variations than before and very brutal 2rev tricks were executed in a good way. My favorite one was latm on shoulder bounce to top head. But I also think there was still a lot of similar stuff. Some combos could have been finished in a more beautiful way and sometimes I don’t understand whether if you do rollers or side atms. Overall, the whole video is worthy of the final stage and I congratulate you with that! Keep working on your style and way of thinking

Respect for such a cool video. The clip with rollers was my fav one. Very brutal and complicated. Atm on side top head stall was a pleasure too, cuz I was waiting for somebody to do this trick a few years ago. Your spinning tricks with 360s were beautiful as well. Each clip has an idea and these ideas can be clearly noticed by everyone. You can be proud with your hard work. 1st place from me

Cess: Cool video, some combos are too crazy, nice style and your speed is so good, soulders combinations and orbits are on the perfect point… the control in some moves like face tricks aren’t the best cos you move a lot your body, so work more in this area and try to structure more your combos, CONGRATS BRO WELL DONE…
Alex: Well done man, congrats for your effort in this edition I see an improvement… but first of all I think you must work on your hands position when you do a combo… looks like if you were so nervous, relax your arms and try to improve your flow… Your last 2 revs combos with Rtatms and shoulders bounces are too unclean… the amplitude is the most important thing in the 2rev area, so you must work a lot on it!

Bulgara: Cool video, good speed and style, hardcore ideas with combinations on shoulders, face and atm orbits incredible… 1:12 trick and last combo are so good. I think you should show more weak side and improve your control on true shoulder stall, 2:25 is executed too high, you must improve in atm to lips stall to improve its variations. I like the dinamics of the video… Nice job mate!
Gera: Good video bro, I like specially you put a pair of cool tricks like atm to eye stall and 1:51 back bounce to lips stall, execution is good in face tricks like eye and cheek and fuad variations as usual but you must improve on your control in nape and lips stall. Your 2revs are unclean specially 1:58 variation of Rtatm, you must work on the amplitude of the revolutions to do it properly… Well done bro!
This battle was the hardest to judge because both shows almost the same tricks in his areas…Bulgara atm orbits combos with shoulders and Gera atm to lips variations and face combos… I think Bulgara wins on speed, control, style and hardcore, in the execution and creativity part I think we have a draw and Gera was better in variety of tricks… despite this I think Bulgara is superior in the general impression of the whole video… So bulgara narrowly won! Well done boys!

vlad3kff: Very cool and intellectual combinations, just as I like. Personal respect for kicking the LampS out from the wall of fame. The separate uni-tricks shots are incredible. And good style, though. Everything is almost perfect. The only thing I did not like is that some shots were for the quantity of some moves. But that is very subjective.
Jonathan Paul: Very high bounces, unclear latms. The thing with topspin from rolls is very cool! But this exact combo is too long, but has very low “density” of cool stuff. The reoxans (ha-ha) are unclear.

CESS4: Very dirty style, all bounces and flicks are way too high. All combinations are hard, though. Latm is moreless clear, though (the first one). But not the side latm =((( The whole video is uncomfortable to watch.

Description:
G.U.S: Good amplitude for tricks. But whole video is sooooo boooooooring. A lot of useless shots. Reoxans (ha-ha) are unclear again.
RuS-L: The purest reoxan from all (ha-ha-ha). Good control on long combos.
The one pair I want to comment. It was hard to decide who is the winner of this pair, since the participants use the orthogonal strategy. G.U.S. concentrates on short films with high “density”, and RuS-L has long combos, but less dense. I chose RuS-L because in his “field” he did better than G.U.S. in his. Moreover, RuS-L also had some short films. But this decision was hard for me.

My comment for all the participants: Почему все вдруг подсели на топ и трушелдеры? Это мода такая или у вас раунд исключительно по удержаниям из 2009-2011х? И да, если не готовы делать амплитудные реоксаны, то и не делайте их, без амплитуды это выглядит, как дрыганье головой.

Gerteck : Great improvement and it’s nice that you are working on all around uppers but i observed that you are losing your control in the middle of combos and thad made some combos shaky..
Bulgara1988 : You did a mistake with making a short video from one combo.. But i know how is difficult to do long combo using both sides with such moves.. It was very close and in a moment i choosed gerteck but i watched your videos many times..

Description:
G.U.S.: Video attitude looks ridiculous in comparison with upper films; I do like the style on body tricks and moves; the combination planning is impressive.
Bauda: good movement and variety on the basic tricks; a little too high bounces; very bad latms; some direction changes are dynamic, some – not; combos mostly ill-conceived (or look like that).
Despite I did not like G.U.S. video as a video, I have to admit, that he did more complex and intellectual stuff rather than Bauda. My advice to Bauda: think more on your combinations, the ones that more intellectual (even if not so long) looks cooler than long and monotonous ones. My advice to G.U.S.: don’t be so pretentious in video editing (or be pretentious in both filming and editing), it creates a dissonance.

Pair: Bulgara 1988 – GERTECK

Description:
Bulgara 1988: Some moves look non-confident; the speed of combo is good as well as tricks variety (at least if to talk about a single combo), but it is almost one-direction.
GERTECK: Did not like the style, very dirty and messy (badboy), all combos are moreless standard.
Easy-breezy, despite Bulgara video is one minute shorter, he did very good stuff in a single combo than GERTECK in a whole video. My advice to GERTECK: work on your style and flow, that is a huge part of uppers. My advice to Bulgara: try to film some short combos for the next round, I will be waiting for them.

Pair: Gera – Roman Petin

Description:
Gera: non-confident control; very bad latm (or whatever it was); the move at 0:33 was the funniest thing in this round.
Roman Petin: loved the unique things in your style, your flow and confidence; the average level is intermediate.
In this pair the key factors were style and control. Despite the average level of Gera is stronger (which, btw, was clear only on one combo at 0:52 (which was created as an idea not by Gera)), his video was more boring and uncomfortable to watch. My advice to both Gera and Roman Petin: concentrate on short but intellectual combos.

Description:
RuS-L: hard to watch the video because of editing; impressive trueshoulder performance;
Brooks Salgado: Very smooth and confident!; did not like the idea with side top stalls
The only pair in which I moreless liked both the videos. I simply chose the one with stronger performance. I have nothing to advice to both of you, you are great as you are =)

My comment for all the participants: Как вы блядь заебали со своими интеллектуальными вставками, суки. Эстеты, блядь. Если хотите в эту хуйню, делайте её нормально. На первый раз без штрафа. На следующих стадиях буду нахуй выкидывать за такое говно.
